Anti-Myc Affinity Gel is highly specific monoclonal antibody and recognizes a specific portion of the human c-myc gene product.
It can be used for immunoprecipitation (IP) and purification of Myc-tagged fusion proteins.
Recommended usage: 5 μL gel for every 500 μL crude protein solution.
