PJS logoJournal Articles

Journal articles, while written in language that is generally difficult for most of us, are useful for staying aware of research and ideas in the medical community. Even if you do not understand everything, you can take enough information from the article to know if it is relevant to you. Take the article to your medical team to discuss.

Use the drop-down menu below to select a topic and click "Go!" to see the articles that have been collected on that topic. The menu will show up with each page, so don't worry that you'll get lost. The titles on each page are linked to abstracts. There may be some that do not have abstracts available, but do give information on the article so it can be found. A few sites may require free registration to read abstracts. The full-text articles may or may not be available online. If so, a subscription fee may be required to view them. Some journals are starting to offer free access to articles online, so you may get lucky in that regard.

If you have and problems with finding abstracts or articles you are interested in, please contact the webmaster using the link at the bottom of the page. Be sure to mention the name of the abstract you are attempting to find.
